How to grow
Planted in April to July. Grows well in NI conditions. Water every 10-14 days in dry spells.
Eating
Buying and storing tips
Look out for darkly coloured with crisp stalks that are no larger than 1cm in diameter. Avoid bendy broccoli. Will last in the fridge for up to a week.
Recipe inspiration
In salads, sides, pasta dishes and bakes.
Great with a roast.
Delicious with a lemony dressing and a pinch of chilli.
